 Homes on one or more acres near Sienna Plantation

Waterbrook,  Westpoint Estates, The Manors at  Silver Ridge, Estates of Silver Ridge, Black Creek Village, Oyster Creek Country, Newpoint Estates

These small subdivisions lie between Sienna Parkway and State Highway 6 and in short driving distance to the Fort Bend Tollway.   Most have homesites with one or more acres.  Most homes are in the $500,000 to $1.5 Million range.  Waterbrook (Map)  enter from Sienna Parkway to Silver Ridge to Diamond Springs.  Homes are in the  $500,000 to $700,000 range with mostly one to two acre homesites,

 Black Creek Village (Map) enter from Sienna Parkway to Silver Ridge to Black Creek. This very small community has only one recent sale near $1M.  Acreage homesites.

 The Manors at Silver Ridge  enter from Sienna Parkway to Watts Plantation Road to Southampton Road. Prices range from $660,000 to $1.4 M. Some homes have a lake view in this smallsubdivision.

 Estates of  Silver Ridge (Map) enter Sienna Parkway to Watts Plantation Rd to Silver Run. $500,000  to $650,000 homes. This gated community has  some homes with a lake view.  Most homes have one to two acre homesites which were built built from 2002 to 2006.

Westpoint Estates (Map)  enter from Sienna Parkway to Silver Ridge to Westpoint Dr. Only recent sale $870,000. Some homes have lake views in this small community with mostly two to five acre homesites

 Newpoint Estates (Map) enter on Darby Lane off State Highway 6 across from Teal Run.  $300,000 to $4 Million homes in this  gated community. Some homes are wooded and some have a lake view. Each lot is several acres.

 Oyster Creek Country enter on Knight Road off of McKeever Road. Small community with no recent sales. Older homes. Mostly one plus acres.

 Oakwick Forest is a small subdivision between Sienna Pkwy and SH 6.  It can be accessed by Trammel Fresno Rd and Oakwick Forest from SH 6. Built from 1992 to 2003 the homes are on one to two acre lots with prices ranging from $325,000 to $550,000.

 Sienna Point (Map) is on FM 521 south from SH 6. $540, to $1.4 Million. 2 to 4 acre losts.
